A great working environment and culture. The management team is very supportive and very encouraging, always trying to provide the best resources for engineers to self-educate themselves to keep abreast with the most advanced technologies. Great team also - everyone is an essential team player and tries to contribute. No pass-the-buck, no politics and overall a very collaborative, friendly and efficient workplace. Awesome company outings and events on holidays and good seasons, creating an open and inviting atmosphere for people to share opinions on various things; Recognotions and cash rewards for outstanding performances so that everyone is engaged and committed, knowing every attempt to contribute is appreciated and rewarded.
