I am unsure how they maintain regular clients as it seems as if they are unable to regulate their standards and communicate appropriately to their customer service staff (BVAs) which can result in inconsistent reporting and terrible customer service. Additionally, it appears to me as if upper management refuses to take responsibility for their lack of communication and training. From my point of view, often blamed those under them for the management’s lack of leadership.
I have witnessed two major layoffs, in which, without prior notice most of the staff was let go due to lack of work. The way this was handled was very off putting as there was no prior notice to the temporary employees nor the permanent employees. Consova cut 2/3rds of their staff and they just advised the remaining group that they were kept and are safe which leaves no one feeling secure in their place. There is no benefit to committing to this company as they have shown they will let you go after they lose clients. I believe this company does not value its workforce in any way and will put its staff in a place of hardship without batting an eye.
