      1) Data complexity is the real deal ; Multi-modal oncology records. 2) Work with GenAI and agentic AI stacks that are actually in production, not just demos. 4) The work connects to real patient outcomes. Smart colleagues to work with. 5) Flexi working hours... Work life balance is ok. Tech guys it is an ideal setup.
