Pros

Every negative review is accurate! Condor could possibly be the worst company to work for on this island! Staff: Some are nice, however, a lot of fakeness and backstabbing, some spy for management.

Cons

DO NOT BE FOOLED by the positive reviews or the extremely disingenuous video they posted on LinkedIn. This is management's doing to get the company ratings up as no one wants to work for them. You’re in prison: - Cameras everywhere - Desktime - a program intended to track productivity which the company uses to spy. - They bully staff for taking “too long” to eat breakfast or smoke a cigarette. - You MUST get to the office on time and you’re not allowed to leave before desktime marks a full 9 hours. If you miraculously finish your work load earlier, you still have to stay and keep your cheap death trap of a chair warm. - NO FLEXIBILITY with time - some pay for babysitters for just half an hour. -Everyone is overworked (wifi and backoffice crash ALL.THE.TIME so it’s even harder to get the job done on time) , - Everyone's underpaid AND paid late (1-2 days after payday so pray that you have an understanding landlord! Some almost ended up homeless because of this) - Expected to work weekends FOR FREE (if not, you will get fired - if you complain, you will get fired) - They try to “bargain” with you to work public holidays. They ask you to swap it with another day of your choice which can still be declined if it does not suit their needs. If you accept this offer, don’t expect a bonus or “double pay” - forget it. You gain nothing, you just lose a day off. - They've even declined leave requests for employees with hospital appointments which they were waiting months for. - You, your family and your life can wait - money is more important - They love to give you last minute work or a meeting when it’s time to go home and you HAVE TO stay with no paid overtime…. or you get fired <- see a pattern here? Wages: - What wages? Everyone’s broke. - They trick employees into accepting less than minimum wage and once you sign the contract you will notice discrepancies that they’re paying you even less than both parties agreed on. - The “bonus scheme” is a mockery - you can’t really “win” the bonus (if you manage after a lot of blood, sweat, tears, lack of motivation, lack of respect and lack of appreciation - it’s only for €50 or less, so don’t get too excited). - It’s a scam to make you work harder for free. - If you decide to leave the company they will fill you with empty promises and if you still choose to leave they make your life a living hell. - If they owe you money - good luck. No structure: - They hire people cheaply, place them in departments that they did not even apply for in order to fill in the gaps of the employees that were smart enough to quit, just to be trained by employees that are not even meant to be trainers (some are still learning themselves) and expect you to become an expert within your first week of working in this industry. - If you don’t generate good results, you’re in trouble and need to "push harder" (this includes getting yelled at). If they tell you what to do and you do it, and it doesn’t work, it’s your fault as well - not theirs. The irony! - They NEVER take responsibility for their mistakes. It’s always the employees fault. Covid: - They didn’t care about ANYONE’s safety. "It's just another flu" they said while forcing everyone was forced to work from the office during the height of the pandemic which ultimately led to an office breakout. - Staff got fired for asking to work from home - escorted out like they’re a criminal being transferred to Alcatraz prison - No social distance or masks - one day police turned up for an unrelated situation and they made the HR rush over to make everyone wear their masks really fast in order to not get caught. It’s a shame that nobody reported them. - HR - never last longer than 3 months. They are given ridiculous tasks like cleaning toilets. - The office is disgusting. Very unhygienic, ants, cockroaches, dirty floors, dirty toilets.. As someone previously stated - a crack house is cleaner. There’s even more that I can say but it will take all day so I’ll end it with this: Advice to all slaves working at Condor: - Be smart, if you have an ounce of respect for yourself and your families, leave this company! - For the staff that have children - Would you like to earn more money to spend on them and have more quality time to spend with them? Leave the toxic torture chamber. NOT A SINGLE PERSON REGRET LEAVING. Advice to anyone considering working there: - DON’T do it. You WILL regret it! - Forget reviews that say Use them.. They really do use and abuse staff so it’s really not worth the suffering. You CAN find a good job in the industry without torturing yourself to get there. - It’s toxic, people are stressed out all the time, management brings out the worst in people (they know it, they don’t care - they tell you to smile and have a positive attitude about everything... or you will get fired) and you’re miserable on a daily basis. - RUN… run as fast as you can in the other direction, away from the dangerous Ta Xbiex ghetto that the office is located in

Pros

Nice and friendly Colleagues ONLY

Cons

Where to start? The most unprofessional company I have ever worked for. For the management it is all about clients depositing! Nothing else. No life wellbeing for the employees nothing! There is no structure and the management doesn't have a clue about gaming. Anyone who applies in Condor basically is accepted as long as their wage bill is very low. No HR, No wage review, No Bonus structure, No perks for the staff, Not a well equiped kitchen, every single pice of device in the office is made in China, everything unconfortable and breaks easily. Not to mention tthat the management traks whatever you do via desk time, it is basically a programm on the PC which shows how productive you are by the movement of the mouse. It is like basically being in a jail and they expect that they pay peanuts and you commit you life fully to the job. If you have a stable job and happy, stay away from this company. Most probably you will not last more then 6 months like 98% of their employees.

Pros

Great place to exploit for experience and to acquire a base of knowledge in the iGaming industry. You will be able to bond with your colleagues over how s*** the place is

Cons

Expect the lowest pay that iGaming has to offer. The iconoclastic reprobates in charge have absolutely no idea what they're doing and they will attempt to suck you dry of any prior knowledge that you have without any compensation or even hint of gratitude in return (speaking from experience). You will work weekends. You will be instructed to do execute their flawed and counter-intuitive apostatic excuse for a strategy. Everything you will do will be shallow, empty, meaningless. You will be blamed for every catastrophe that occurs, practically daily. Grab all the experience you can and make off like a bandit. Recruiting companies know to poach Condor employees, make use of this.
