Pros
When you’re on managements good side they will treat you decent.
Cons
This is the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. One minute the owner is love bombing you and the next you’re made to feel crazy due to the intense gas lighting she does. She speaks negatively of every past employee and always blames everything on people who no longer work there. She treats everyone like a pawn and plays her employees against one another.

Pay is higher than most boutique firm…but not any where close to enough to put up with the toxic work environment. Insurance is offered but it is expensive for mediocre coverage, when I was there no 401k was offered.
Cons
The management at this firm is toxic. The managing partner frequently yells at her staff talks about everyone behind their back and set unrealistic expectations. The firm is chaos. The managing partner takes frequent vacations and fails to manage her cases in a responsible manner to where everyone is working on last-minute deadlines. However, the worst part of the job is the management toxicity.
