Great work environment but low pay and heavy workload

Pros

Nice work environment with healthy mindset and awesome colleagues. Option to work fully remote. Interesting and challenging project. Good amount of PTO days.

Cons

Salary is way under the market value in comparison to the overwhelming workload. You might end up working for multiple teams in parallel. No extra bonuses. Requirement to handle multiple different areas at the same time, and the area ownership is very loose.
