Working at Connatix was great. I joined a lean team during the early(ish) days working out of a loft apartment in Soho. It was tough in the beginning, but as we grew, WE GREW! What made Connatix great was two things: amazing Leaders (David + Oren) with a vision and a roadmap, and a team dedicated in making that dream a reality. Account Managers that were rockstars. PubSolutions team and Product team that made magic happen (nothing was impossible). Marketing did wonders. Office Administrators built culture.

Had the pleasure of watching the company grow 10x in revenue in ~5 years. Celebrating wins, not focusing on losses. Support on all avenues. Connatix treated Business Development and Sales as a team sport. The sellers got the credit, the coaches embraced the wins and gave credit to the sellers. It was about building something great, and thats what we did.
Video AdTech is super competitive, but Connatix did it right.
Cons
Growing pains, and some change in leadership. Nothing that ruined my time tenure there, but enough changes that led me to leaving.
