Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry to hear how challenging your time with us was, and especially that it had such a significant impact on your wellbeing. That's not something we ever want for any member of our team.
We do appreciate you calling out some positives, including access to professional development and supportive supervisors. At the same time, it's clear that your overall experience fell well short of expectations, and we take that seriously.
We are particularly concerned to hear your feedback around workload, feeling unsupported, and not feeling heard when raising concerns. This does not reflect the kind of environment we strive to create, where clinicians feel respected, supported, and able to speak openly. Your comments highlight areas where we need to continue listening, reflecting, and improving.
We also recognise your concerns regarding onboarding, administrative responsibilities, and travel reimbursement. Clear communication, structured support, and fair, transparent processes are priorities for us, and it's important that these are consistently experienced across the entire team.
We're actively working to strengthen how we support our clinicians, especially early-career therapists, to ensure they feel confident, well-supported, and able to manage their workload sustainably.
We genuinely value feedback like yours, even when it's difficult to hear, as it helps us identify where we need to do better. If you would be open to a confidential conversation, we would welcome the opportunity to learn more from your experience. You can contact us at er@connect2care.com.au.
We wish you all the best in your future career and thank you again for sharing your perspective.
