- Our mission is bold and critical to the survival of the planet. I feel very good about waking up each day pursuing the mission. - We are innovating on innovation for conservation technology. - I love the focus on deep tech and entrepreneurship. - We have great access to company leadership working out of the Washington, DC HQ. - Relatively good compensation packages for a small non-profit.
Cons
- Uncertain funding streams for a small non-profit especially since we have been dependent on philanthropic and government grants. - The team is very senior and there aren't many associate level employees to help execute programs.
