      * The kind of company to join if your career objective is to continue to learn new skills and apply them, and the drive and initiative to do the work that needs to be done. * Employees feel a greater sense of autonomy to influence outcomes. * Great opportunities for quickly advancing learning in UC and contact centre technology, and to accelerate career growth trajectory (much faster than in larger companies.)

      Cons

      * Can take time for some newcomers to get used to a geographically dispersed team and client base, which is now more of a rule than an exception.
