      Pros

      Free food, Nespresso and company branded clothing. Co workers are friendly and great people

      Cons

      CEO constantly changes every few years Management changes focus on operations so much it gets confusing. Kpis and rules are there for the sake of having them. They look after new starters and neglect the rest. Monthly one on one meetings not done for years. Don't really care or ask how you are coping. Promotions go to those who hang out with management not those who work hard. Management puts their needs ahead of others.

      Good working pattern, great team members. All very talented. Used to be a surprisingly great place to work.

      Management level changes all the time. Company vision changes as well.

      Ability to work from home, decent commission structure

      Cons

      Erratic management, high turnover, false advertisement of role requirements. Disappointed to be told the role is now 100% cold calling after agreeing to work there based on the “occasional cold call”
