Pros
Commute time was great. Some of the coworkers are really fun to work with, made some great connections here. Learned quite a bit from fellow coworkers as well.
Cons
If this company was anymore top heavy they would crush everyone below them...oh wait already happening. If you’re an executive expect big bucks to defend one another and ultimately keep promoting yourselves because you’re awesome! If you’re anything below an executive expect to be walked over, treated in condescending manners and ultimately like you’re replaceable. If multiple people have concerns about one executive in particular it’s never the executives fault, always the dozens of people complaining.
