Pros
We could discuss our shifts in case of emergencies or upcoming appointments. Learning new things and getting educated on the companies matters. Although I'm pointing out few stuff in cons about supervisors.. at the same time they were standing up for operators in case customers got aggresive. They also tried to make the communication better for everyone. There are good rewards and also fun competition. Overall working there was a good experience, but in certain areas a worker could get bitter.
Cons
Harsh management - communication won't lead you almost anywhere, some supervisors acting out on their emotions, working over-time isn't payed properly or not at all. Certain branches are looked down upon from the main branch instead of matching the work pace and goals the whole company wants to achieve. Not enough staff, staff that is there for a long time are treated like they can be easily replaced.
