Pros
I work a fully remote position where I enjoy a great deal of autonomy as long as I perform well. I've been here 3+ years and have no reason to look for anything else. My supervisor has made clear that if I grow tired of my position she will try to find me something more engaging, but as it is I am very happy helping Enterprise IT structures secure their networks.
Cons
There isn't an office near me, so if I felt the need to be face to face with coworkers that might be a problem. I know other remote workers are getting tired of not having that engagement, but it works for me.
