The CEO is a nightmare to work for - completely erratic. Other management aren't any better. The staff turnover is the highest in any call centre I have ever seen. Leads are dodgy and a lot of the time you would just get given the same leads over and over. Forced to pressure people into signing up to courses and into debt they will most likely never be able to pay back. They are preying on those in society who are long-term unemployed and from a low socioeconomic demographic, promising them jobs after they finish the course but they never get jobs. It is a total scam and the lengths they go to in order to get people to sign up to the courses and the debt are unbelievable. They promise big bonuses and a 'full-time' job but it was never full time. They just keep you on casual full-time and fire people because management don't like them. One guy I worked next to was temping with an agency and he got a call after he finished work for the day saying he was no longer needed. Management fire staff all the time and don't tell you about it. It is horrible, a forced 'fun' environment where everyone hates it.... eventually. Management always try and find a way to not pay you your bonuses.
