There's a ton, if you need the money while looking for something else take it.
They hire a new group of 12-20 every week. If there isnt enough desks to hold these new employees the team leads are required to terminate someone(s) in order to make space. I've seen screeners who have been there a year get fired just to make room for someone new that doesn't last more than a week. I've seen new hires a week in getting fired to make room for next week's class even if they havent missed a day or had poor attendance.
This is a churn and burn job that will lie straight to your face saying theres tremendous growth, even claimed to have a second building soon. They tell you this when there isnt even a roof in the training room so it wasnt very convincing. They will tell you theres so MUCH promotion opportunities but in my 3 months there the only promotions I saw were 3 promotions to team lead. Of course every new lead of the 3 was fired in a month so even they arent safe.
During my time there I been scolded for making my first call at 9:00:45 am. Their internet wasnt connecting and when I shared this i was told to come in earlier as if 8:58 log in wasnt early enough. I been told to use the bathroom in less than 2 minutes. I been told Ill get my @ss kicked by team leads cause I stayed on a vm to drink water rather than go next call. I been scolded for getting water instead of taking calls. It comes a point where you dont even feel like a human at all.
I left because theres wayy better jobs at there that pay better, treat you better, and overall better for your mental health. Do it if you need the money but dont bend over backwards for these guys. The people I saw bending over backwards were fired the exact same rate as those vaping in the bathroom.
