Great coworkers, some of nicest people I’ve ever met. Most managers are supportive Great work life balance (9/80s) A lot of PTO (~5weeks) Job security (hard to get fired) Lots of room for improvement at site

Cons

Slow work environment, hard to get things done. Inefficient at times Career development and progression is limited and very unclear. Tenure based not merit based. Limited transfer mobility between sites(once at Baytown probably always will be at Baytown) Boring/not advise if you aren’t passionate about working at a plant

Great company to start career. Payment is great compared to other industries. Locations are close to metropolitan cities for most part.

Cons

Diversity and inclusion is far from ideal. Lack of clear strategy and or communication from Board. Narrow portfolio and being currently under pressure.
