Extremely supportive and attentive management, great benefits, flexible WFH policies, free snacks and drinks, coworkers you can call your friends, amazing work-life balance

Hard to please customers, not much room for growth (but they really do try!)

Pros

Great benefits, work-life balance is flexible and understood. Pretty much all co-workers are great communicators, are rockstars at what they do and fun to work with. Best of both worlds with small, start-up feel and perks of having a successful parent company that has your back. As an employee you have a lot of opportunity to influence how we do business even if it's outside the scope of your normal duties; it's welcomed and taken seriously.

Cons

Location. While near CTA and Metra, can be a hard commute for some. Also, harder to hire people since Chicago tends to have the better pool for prime candidates to choose from. Probably not the ideal place to climb a career ladder since it's mostly flat, if job titles matter to you. The work is fulfilling in many other way than that.
