      Business couldn’t generate enough client to support roles which led to layoffs.

      A company with great managers, kindhearted co-workers, and challenging projects

      Cons

      You can spend as much as 6 months as a contractor before becoming a full-time employee, some tech leads don't seem to measure up (my opinion)
