Pros
• Small team, but everyone is very nice. • Have the opportunity to learn more about digital marketing in general, especially for people with 0 knowledge of digital marketing • Have a really cute dog • Co-founder takes everyone's feedback well • Hybrid working environment where it's in-office 1 day/week • Full-timers have insurance perks
Cons
• Office located behind behind a shophouse, a little shady at first but the office interior is cute. • Food choice can be limited here – but we go there once a week so it's not a big deal • Sometimes things can get really busy and have to try your best to meet the deadlines by hook or by crook.
