Pros
Friendly environment, creative projects and nice location and office.
Cons
Micromanagement, not much space for professional growth, not very well organised internally, low salary compared to competitors.

Pros
- Overall people are nice - Office is quite nice too, beautiful space - Very open minded regarding remote working
Cons
- Workload is crazy, which means long working hours almost every day of the week - Micromanagement (you get asked about your workload every day and if you mention you can't take anything else on you get ask how long does each of your tasks take) - Sometimes you get asked to work over the weekend (this is paid separately though) - No HR team or contact you can reach out to - Company benefits are almost inexistent - Low salaries - The company is structured in small teams and you don't really know what's going on in the other teams, specially now with remote working for everyone
