      Small scale, Not good for long term. Don't fall for salary!

      There is nothing much good to say. HR Team is good grabbing good people or you can say trapping.

      Cons

      This is a very small scale service company in India and has very limited clients. Thus there is no much job security. I was supposed to join a banking client (3 rounds + 1 client round) but that engagement didn't go as expected. So had work for support project and it was pathetic. Not at all organized, rude behaviour of managers, not at all supportive. Don't see any career growth or legible opportunities in such company. Better you opt for more defined roles where you can grow technically, professionally.
