Pros

- Discounts - Free clogs per contract - Has annual/medical leaves

Cons

- Unrealistic expectations from the manager - Rude and sarcastic manager - Culture is subjective depending on the store but overall company culture is unacceptable, they have created an environment where employees do not feel valued or supported - Expect the part-timers to know the company inside out despite no orientation and training - The manager is sometimes too controlling of the working schedule despite HR telling part-timers that they can request which day they are unable to make it (e.g. sick, school, doctor appointment, personal family commitments)

Pros

Good Brand Name in market for footwear/retail personnel Free pairs of shoes every quarter

Cons

- Hierarchical approach. Crocs is one organisation that continuously is repressing creativity of every employee. A negative organizational culture within Crocs, keeps sending this message. Most of the directors in each department are incompetent and don't acknowledge new ideas and will continue to manage business in an unorganised traditional way with no systems, that discourages employees from coming up with more ideas - Narrow-minded leadership and everything is micro managed with almost no structure and system, leading to repetition of work several times - Business decision keeps changing almost everyday that makes it difficult for every employee to put any plan on paper that leads to long work hours almost every day - High staff turnover. Older technology products and systems being used - Almost impossible to get granted educational trainings for personal and professional development in workplace (e.g. industry-knowledge workshops, leadership trainings, digitalisation-focused summits)

Pros

Great staff benefits; great American culture in it's regional and most of its offices; good remuneration package. Everyone who works there really love it (as those who can't adapt would have left).

Cons

Though the company statement is no politics, the company is made of politics. It's not who you are and what you can do - it's who you know that gets you places. It's how you polish up to the head hancho of your department or if you are upper management, it's getting invited to the CEO's events. Supply chain department is a mess, thus the endless stock / size issues at Crocs. But they are blind and can't see that cos the head hancho (previously an insurance agent with no background at all in merchandising, product or line planning) rubbed shoulders with her boss, who is 'tight' with the CEO (who flies down to attend her wedding kind of 'tight'). So that department just gets headcount over headcount...literally takes over an entire office level!
