A place to pay for your sins

Pros

market exposure if you are fresher

Cons

I’m not joking — this is truly a place where you pay for your sins. Your self-respect dies every day, and you constantly wonder why you’re being punished like this. It’s better to struggle outside than come here and repent. I worked in the sales team — it was a life lesson. This place is like a black hole; it will suck the energy, life, and everything else out of you. The CEO will call you over weekends, after working hours, and late at night. You’ll be asked to work during festivals because he doesn’t believe in religion. Sick leave can be denied, and even if approved, you’ll be pestered the whole day — all under the excuse that your absence is reducing others’ productivity. He hires jokers into leadership roles, and they end up dictating the company. It feels like what Indians might have felt before independence — bullied and trapped. I’m out now, and thankfully, I’m doing well. Please, do not risk your peace or your life by joining this place.

Pros

Good exposure to IAM Domain for freshers .

Cons

Bad Co-Workers High politics from junior to CEO level No Process or procedure Highly volatile. Salary delays ( You are lucky if u get salary) The CEO thinks he is eccentric but he is lost . The "strategy" changes on mood . He is control freak and micro manages everything . The CRO or whatever her designation is has no clue on how to run sales. I have never seen someone so bad at people management . Every 2 months when they get bored they start firing people not on performance but for silly reasons . The CRO just sits in meetings and waste time . She has 0 experience in IT forget cybersecurity she randomly throws jargons without knowing meaning or context . They waste investors money in travelling & staying in 5 hotels which yields no results . The CEO forces employees to work over weekends and on religious holiday's as he has no respect for people's sentiment that too without any pay. "Features" in brochure are for representational purposes only .

Pros

1. The CEO is really experienced and knows a lot about identity and access management. 2. Here, you’ll learn patience. Once you leave this place, you’ll be ready for any job or company because you’ll have been through a ton of tough situations. After that, everything else will feel easy.

Cons

Delayed full-and-final settlements- Don’t count on getting your final salary and dues anytime soon. They often drag these out for a year—or even longer—even when the amounts are small, like ₹10,000–₹12,000. Public humiliation during firings - Imagine sitting in a meeting with top management and staff, and they say, “Want to see how we fire someone?” Then they call the person up and fire them right there. Even if someone isn’t performing well, it’s still humiliating when it’s done as a spectacle. The top management seems to do it just for fun.
