Good work-life balance as their clients are mainly SMEs, without much transactions. nor risk areas. Hence, audit can be done in short time for each client.
Cons
Strong politics from peers and strong biasness from higher level of management. Poor culture and lack of exposure. Poor benefits with generally very low increment to staff.
