      Pros

      Senior leadership cares and makes honest attempts at reasonable work-life balance. You feel like you are with people who genuinely care about you as a person and helps you grow professionally. Generous holiday and vacation policy. They just added a tuition reimbursement program.

      Pros

      At Cryptonary, I have a lot of freedom, and the other employees value my opinion, because of this it's fun to create content for their platform The company allows me to work remotely, which is great for a person who travels and is active in the cryptocurrency and NFT space. Everyone is honest with you and the culture at the company is great. I have especially met like-minded people and have a lot of fun on Zoom calls and chats with other employees

      Cons

      For me, it's not a standard 9-to-5 job, and that's fine because I do not mind working in a company that does not fit the norm, but if you feel like you are more of a 9-to-5 person, then maybe it's not for you.

      Supportive environment Want the best for you Everybody is very hardworking so it pushes you to do more Great work ethic

      Cons

      Less communication, however they are working on it. As you are working remotely you don’t get to socialise with other departments
