Supportive leadership who genuinely care about people, flexible working options, great recognition programs like CubeStars and annual awards, good health insurance for Sri Lanka employees, and a fair leave and TOIL policy. Strong focus on learning and development with CliftonStrengths coaching and external training. Collaborative and down-to-earth culture where people look out for each other.
