Pros

Strong experience in nuclear medicine — They’re considered one of the global leaders in nuclear medicine with large-scale manufacturing and distribution operations.

Cons

High-pressure production environment Radiopharmaceuticals have very short shelf lives, so production and shipping schedules are extremely time-sensitive. Mistakes or delays can directly impact patient deliveries.

Corrupt PMO Management

Pros

Working in radiopharmaceuticals has a real, positive impact on patient outcomes. The operational teams, especially in radiopharmacy, demonstrate strong commitment and professionalism.

Cons

Serious concerns around PMO/IT governance, leadership integrity. Decision-making lacks transparency and appears influenced by conflicts of interest, particularly across procurement. Budget allocation practices are fraudulent. Escalations to senior leadership / HR do not consistently result in corrective action, reinforcing a culture where issues are tolerated rather than addressed. This erodes trust, impacts morale, and creates risk for the organization.
