Micromanagement is rife, and the office blatantly allows conflicts of interests and nepotism - this is extra sensitive in the sales department as we deal with business dealings and money matters. Double standards - strict on younger salespeople to the point of nit-picking, however "experienced" salespeople with 10+ years of experience are giving subpar pitches and nothing is done about it. Disorganized onboarding experience; my training lasted 2 months, which was unnecessarily long. No introduction to the office. Extremely high turnover rate due to poor management. Management plays manipulative games and is blatant in favouritism. I was described by the senior management as a negative person after my departure, which was not true as I was only with the company for a very short period of time and not in a position of influence. Probably the most toxic environment I have worked in.
