The "Battery of tests" you spoke of consisted of asking for a writing sample because you were being considered for a very high level position supporting a government officials. You did speak to an interviewer and the discussion was that you appeared qualified for the position, your salary requirement was above what we could offer, however, we would ask the customer if we could get a higher rate. The customer declined. You were submitted to us through a third party. We don't use third party recruiting agencies often. If this was not communicated back to you in a timely fashion, I deeply apologize. We will ensure that our communications are better if we use recruiting agencies again.
