      It is a great company if you can work for nothing less than 12 hours

      Cons

      No work life balance, Please think that your employees have personal life Development managers are doing justice to the phrase "Peope will not change Companies but they will change managers". They will ask to have buffer time for the tasks when we compalin about work life balance. but, even if you have added 30 minute buffer time it will be questioned and will be warned that it will impact Appraisal. CEO is very friendly but, i don't why he will not look into the problems of development team.

      Great Company for Security Professionals

      Pros

      1) Clear roadmap for growth with goals 2) Transparency, integrity, and an honest passion to help to customers improve their cyber security posture 3) Hybrid working model that allows employees to work remotely.

      Cons

      1) This industry at large is stressful and the spate of cyber attacks is unabated. those who work in this industry can't really avoid it. That said, CSW is provides its employees many opportunities to reduce their stress through health initiatives. 2) Too many online meetings. We would love a no-meeting day, especially on friday - (Happy Hour can be there)
