No main HR, IT, Finance support. All decision have to be agreed by the HQ in Hyderabad

Pros

Good work/life balance and minimal stress.

Cons

Pay is less then ideal. Opportunities to grow and learn new skills are few and far between. Job scope is terribly narrow and does not allow for personal growth. Management is unable to exercise their duties and make sound decisions to help the company. Capable employees are let go or overlooked while the less capable are adored fore their brown nosing and personal relationships. Management does not know how to retain and grow the business resulting in loss of major contracts and revenue. Guess who is to pay for all this? The incompetent people responsible get to keep their jobs and retrench associates who have been busting their backs to keep the company afloat. Management that cannot adapt and think out of the box, or listen to criticism is just bound to run the company into the ground.
