      Great pay for the job. Amazing work life balance (unlimited PTO). Young team that takes a ton of time helping eachother. Great way to learn about the finance industry

      Pros

      It's a growing company that cares about giving opportunities and growing everyone's careers. Constantly trying to figure out ways to grow the firm and evolve for their customers based on what they want. Great team culture and a fun place to work if you like the start-up, growth environment.

      Cons

      At times it can be challenging as the company is often coming up with new ideas and things to create and act on. This can cause pivoting and for some, this can be a difficult thing to manage. Communication is crucial throughout the company.
