- Not providing visa and use visit visa until finish. And ask to extend it again for 3 months and they ask you to leave after - Long working hour. 11 hours a day - Illegal deductions for salary every month - No proper management system - Poor employee welfare - Unpaid overtime - Visa money deductions (Deducted monthly salary) - Impossible to get leave - They don't follow UAE labour laws - Removing employee with no proper reason - Nepotism. Remove Nepotism in the management and hire qualified people to manage otherwise people will keep on leaving and not fair treatment

They keep hiring and firing people without any consideration, either make people work in their own visa for the longest time then fire them or ask them to pay for their own visa, micro management at its worst and even calculate bathroom breaks like schools or prison. And keep deducting salary as much as they can cherry on top is that they have unusually long working hours, their HR policy is the worst even the HRs keep resigning/fired every 15 days.
