A flexible employer. Pleasant atmosphere of communication in the office. Private health insurance. Possibility to work from home. Office in the city center.
Cons
Weak management. Poorly thought out organization of work on some projects. Lack of bonuses. Integration activities for employees are only in the early stages of development. Mostly if you whant to organize something, you should do it on your own. Health insurance is of the most basic level - it is difficult to get doctor appointment. The office is not very suitable for work. Poor sound insulation, imperfect lighting. Computers with minimal specifications.
