Pros
- inspiring team from various cultural background - two great products with potential to expand beyond Europe - teambuilding events - pet friendly office - showers, bicycle room, lockers, terrace - startup and open culture based on values (openess, teamwork, ownership) - career growth especially for interns - place for bringing own ideas
Cons
- growth is rapid, so some processes are under construction (can be also a good thing) - some decisions takes longer in order to do them based on data. - Banks, as key partners are slower than Dateio itself
