Possibility to work remote from home.

- the company does not offer job security - work management is not done correctly - there is high descripency between what they tell you at the interview, what you sign in the contract, and what you actually do in daily jobs

Good work-life balance, even if if you do your normal 8 hours someone is not looking good at you
Cons
The company is not that good, they tell you a story, but in the end nothing is real. The management is poor the business is managed by the family, which is not open to new ideas. At the end, they always do what they want.
