Pros

If any. Small company so decisions are made quickly

Cons

Bad management. Toxic environment. Total duds in tech. Give bad terms to their customers. Blame each other. Badly organized structure and incentives

Pros

Some perks throughout the year like gift cards, they try to make it a fun environment with birthday cake and small celebrations. Willing to send employees for training.

Cons

Lacks strong, positive leadership and direction. Most employees have commented they are overworked and do not enjoy their job. While some employees have been with the owner and CEO for close to two decades, there appears to be a high turnover. People are afraid to bring issues to executives for fear of being yelled at. Company lacks trust in their employees.

Pros

minimum wage pay cheque to pay rent

Cons

no training at all for key roles, expect employee to become master over night wrong people in management, micromanaging too much scam the hell out of their customers, ridiculous terms, horrible customer service after contract being signed for DC/Pateno's potential clients, please look at their trustpilot reviews, it's horrendous something very wrong with the head of the company Mr Jeff Smith and his pet COO Amanda; he felt like he owns every aspect of his employee and frequently speaks sexually harassing words to women there; Amanda literally spent her entire career with this old pervert, no respect to anyone below her
