1. They completely show off . There will be nothing but they used to exaggerate
2. They will show off that that they fully care about employees but they actually don't
3. Full Partiality (you cannot imagine the height of it)
4. Very worst infrastructure - The coovam river goes beside the building. They have AC outdoor unit there only, which is very harmful. Since IT people are working in front of computer and breathing it is not good.
Even when you consume food, you have to go to terrace, where you have to see coovam river and eat. You will smell both food and coovam. They never care about employees health, atleast a shield.
5. There will be no centralised AC simply like a home. You cannot tell that as organisation
6. They will tell that this guy is a good employee in front of everyone and will clap. On the next week, they will fire.
7. Once they had 2 offices and fired one office completely
8. Karthik CEO must interact individually with employees without their TL or HR. because, he often believe what HR and PM say. We had very well recognised at meetings that they had told some-other stories instead of the truth.
9. Firing is very casual there telling that "Wrong Hire". Why cant they screen people at the time of interview itself. It is better to fire those people who didn't screen properly.
Management cannot deny any of the above points or else they can write para(s)
but Guys please be strict to the Management because, you will know the true colors of them only when they fire you or when you put down the papers.
