none. except the fact they accept people regardless of age ans qualifactions

Cons

everything. no overusing of breaks, you might get fired IMMEDIATELY. no empathy when employee is sick. warning letters given. you don't really get to bond with colleagues too because you're stucked with the job 8 to 10 hours a day. overtime ALL THE TIME unless you're really smart with the already limited amount of breaks they give. bunch of fakes
