Pros

It is an early stage company, with operations in Europe and U.S. Just VC backed up. They have a very interesting technology in the field of cyber incident response. The group is growing fast and they are very enthusiastic. Customers are high level and based worldwide. Company also has a professional service practice, mainly operating in EMEA and United States. When i walked first time into the office, a bit far from Milan in a beautiful country side, you feel you can really innovate and do something useful. Ceo is a perfectionist but very close to the employees, careful to their personal needs and quite friendly. I am relatiively new here, but the "old ones" told me the company culture made a great positive shift in the past 4 years. I am very happy so far.

Cons

Management is demanding, like their Customers. So the company could be "misunderstood" as too selective. Interviews are hard for technical people. But once you are in you are in.

Pros

DFLabs is an Italian company, operating globally, known for its focus on Innovation. You are continuously challenged with new ideas and tasks. Customers are all Top Notch, thus very demanding. While it is a group of only 35 people, it is very structured, Management invest in your training. I had several private life issues to address during my stay there and i have been always supported and helped. CEO and his senior managers are very focused on growth. in my particular case i also had chance to travel between Europe and United States.

Cons

It is a privately held, growing and self funded company. Thus very focused on delivery and quality. Thus, unless you have real personal issues to solve, you can not behave like a regular employee who works from 8 to 17. As employee, you are assessed on the ability to deliver extremely delicate projects.

Pros

Free coffee in the office

Cons

I've been working for this company for many years and I had to sue it to get my money. CEO is disrespectful of employees, partners and customers. He is very tricky, always trying to cheat on you. Lot of lies to make company look bigger and successful

We are surprised by these reviews as we had no people leaving the company between 2013 and 2014, we just had new hirings in that period. DFlabs has a very low turnover in terms of employees and we have great retention rate of our employees. We invite any prospect employee to chat with us and visit our HQ in order to check in person. We also invite our prospect employees to check our customer testimonials and recommendations on LinkedIn. This will probably be more helpful than any further comment.
