      Low wages,no overtime pay, no benefits of any kind, no promotions or training courses into management. Learn no new skill or Ways to better yourself. Boring.

      Cons

      No training, no benefits to attract anyone. No promotion opportunities, basic holidays and a minimum wage that only suitable for a student or pensioner. Demoralising.
