      Pros

      zero benefit no point of working with an unregistered company

      Cons

      1. They don't pay their employees. 2. a group of 4 young (aged 20-21) cannot make a company unless they take care of employees. 3. No company runs in Flats that too in a slum area. 4. they are promising their employees from Aug 2018 to shift to Netaji Subhash place. LOL. Still wandering in slums. 5. They don't even have a water cooler plus they serve the evening tea themselves. very kind of them :P

      They hired me to write content and even before the probation they told me to lessen my salary and told me I don’t write good so I myself leave them and promised to pay. But now they are not giving my money. They are not a registered company. Just fooling people .

      Pros

      A very collaborative culture, everyone from all executives to the CEO are very approachable. Unlike a lot of startups, where most employees are male and promote an abusive culture, DM Linked has a proper balance, which helps us to collaborate and work with each other efficiently.

      Cons

      Dependence on individuals is high, which is always the case in a growing startup since there are no human resource redundancies. This is not a con but you should keep in mind while working with DM Linked.
