      Take you out to lunch sometimes Listens to what you have to say

      Cons

      They give you an outlook of some opportunities you could have if you stay for 10+ years but start you out at a low salary and don't give equal raises based on performace Only 7 days of combined Vacation/Sick time for the first 3 years. Then add 2 more days per 3 years there. 401k after 1 year there. Management is strong into religion and brings it to work Using personal vehicle to travel Long days traveling to other states doing the job and coming back within the same day.

      Terrible management Workplace hostility DRIVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE (20,000k+ miles) All the other negative reviews are %100 correct. Not going to waste my time except stay FAR way from DMAtechsolutions alright for SHORT term employment but not long time. Trust me you'll thank me later <3 Also the review that was posted April 30th was from the owner himself

      Great Company - Feels like Family

      Pros

      It's a small but close team. There's opportunity to have a big impact immediately and ideas are listened to. You're not just a cog in the machine here. I enjoy grabbing lunch with my co-workers and doing other things outside of work on occasion. Also our clients really value us and you have the opportunity to build relationships with them too. Most of them know me personally and my recommendations and advice carry a lot of weigh.
