      Great company, but it has its downsides

      Pros

      Incredible people, flexible schedules and diversity.

      Cons

      I see a lot of very good technical talent not being valued at the expense of more analytical people in their performance evaluations, which causes these people to leave for other companies. Despite being an incredible company to work for, there is a requirement that if you don't deliver something that is 2 positions above yours, you are fired.

      Good work&life balance compared to most Respect between all individuals is valued and enforced Great professionals, collaborating and sharing is actively encouraged Great learning environment Great transparency with regular in-company disclosure of financial performance and other ongoing projects

      Cons

      Slow career progression . Especially tough for interns, lower-level analysts and overachievers. Leads to higher turnover even though the company is excellent to work for. Questionable upper management decision making, relying too much on subjectivity and wishful thinking,
