      Colleagues are really nice and knowledgeable. They can teach people well

      I had a very disappointing experience working with DT Asia. The company suddenly changed my employment contract terms without proper communication or agreement. Management lacks transparency and professionalism, and they handle employment matters poorly. Termination was done without clear reason or proper notice, leaving employees feeling insecure and disrespected. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for stability or fair treatment.

      1) Good learning opportunities: No matter which department you in, you can gain valuable knowledge and experience. If you eager to learn, this company provides exposure across various roles.

      Cons

      1) Heavy micromanagement: Company operates with a rigid, top down approach, leaving little room for employees to contribute their own ideas. If you value autonomy and innovation, this is not the place for you. 2) Leadership resistance to change: Management has a fixed mindset, and implementing new ideas or improvements can take years. Employees are expected to follow instructions rather than think independently. 3) Low salary and poor benefits: Compensation is below industry standards, and the benefits package is uncompetitive. Example, medical coverage is minimal, making it difficult for employees to feel valued .
