      Pros

      Working at DWCC has been one of the most enriching professional experiences I’ve had. The leadership is genuinely caring and supportive, the structure is solid and provides a clear path for growth, and the people are simply great , smart, driven, and kind. As a BDR Team Leader, I had the opportunity to coach, grow, and learn every day. It’s truly one of the best “schools” to learn B2B sales and management in a fast-paced environment.

      Like any fast-growing company, things can move quickly and priorities may shift, but that’s also part of the learning experience.

      Poor top level management and repetitive work.

      Pros

      Previously had a good culture and supportive colleagues.

      Cons

      CEO is wildly unprofessional and does not seem to have the requisite knowledge or understanding to properly manege the company. All proper management came from the CPO who was very supportive but ultimately unable to change the dull nature of the work. The bonus system also very flawed.
