-They don't seem to proactively stay in touch with their staff working out on client sites, leaves some people a bit alienated - some staff have never met anyone from the internal office apart from their initial interviewer.
-When people move on, the rest of the business is rarely informed (even if they leave on good terms). For example we had two directors leave one time and nobody was told. Not sure if they left on good or bad terms though.
-Employee events/celebrations have mostly downsized or been cancelled. For example, monthly drinks eventually changed to quarterly and then were cut. All prior to COVID-19.
-I think the non-compete clause in everyone's contracts is a bit broad
