While any business requires processes and procedures to operate effectively, there was always enough flexibility here to make exceptions when necessary. When employees had family, health or other issues, they tried to work to make allowances for temporary issues.
Cons
There needs to be a much clearer framework for what is expected of employees, a formal training regimen not just on technology, but also on business processes, and the documentation for all things needs to be expanded greatly.

Throughout 2023, DYOPATH made training an official part of the onboarding process so all new hires are able to know how to do their job as well as all processes for documentation and get set up properly!
