Cons
You can work from home but the company will not provide the equipment. No incentives for employees, only high expectations. Extremely poor management with the manager having no clue about Customs. Lack of any support and blaming culture. HR policies with ‚unwritten’ rules which somehow you are supposed to know and follow them.
